You can get return labels for all U.S. orders.

TheFrogDordor will gladly take back or swap fresh, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items as long as they have all their original tags and you have your receipt within 15 days of delivery. For all U.S. orders, we will send you a one-time return label for requests to return or exchange.

For online orders, we can send you an alternative size, color, or even a completely other design within 15 days. You CAN'T use discounts on exchanges for a different item. When you return or exchange something, the price of the new item will apply. Items are not set aside or kept.

For U.S. orders, we only allow one exchange. You can only get your money back (or shop credit for sale products) for exchanged orders.

We are not liable for packages that are lost or deliveries that are missed or rescheduled. If you paid for expedited shipping on the first order, you won't get your money back. We are not responsible for any items that are not TheFrogDord that are sent back.

Items that don't work

You must tell customer service at TheFrogDor@outlook.com about any defects or damage within six days of receiving the item. We won't accept the return if you don't report it, and you might have to pay extra fees. Please keep in mind that some colors, sizes, and textures may not match what is shown on the internet because of things like technology and colors and patterns that we can't control. Items that are broken or not working will not be accepted in the store. You need to show proof in the form of a photo or video.

Things that are wrong or missing

Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of getting your box if you think you got the wrong item or are missing something. Thank you for your purchase with TheFrogDordor.
